My strategic approach to talent acquisition and development has been key to strengthening the team and optimizing recruitment processes.

Before joining SmartRental Group, I built my career in luxury hotel operations across Europe and the United States. Additionally, I worked in talent consulting as a headhunter, leading executive-level recruitment processes on an international scale.
