We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented F&B Front Staff who will also support the bar service. The ideal candidate enjoys working in hospitality, has strong communication skills, and is able to provide excellent service to ensure a memorable guest experience.

What will you do?

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
• Provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and promotions
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean, tidy, and well-prepared at all times.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and according to company standards.
• Handle guest complaints or requests with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

What do we look for?

• Previous experience in a similar F&B or hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Good level of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
