The Role of Host/ess at SmartRental:

SmartRental is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic host/ess to join our team🎉 The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional service standards and a proactive approach to creating memorable guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally to the restaurant.
• Set up and maintain the hostess stand.
• Manage and review reservations using our reservation system.
• Handle emails and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist with recommendations for the restaurant setup.
• Coordinate with colleagues and managers to meet all guest needs and requests.
• Organize and update the restaurant floor plan.
• Inspect cleanliness and presentation of the dining area and private rooms, ensuring all tables are properly set before opening.

• 2 years experience in a similar role. 
• Friendly, outgoing, and flexible personality.
• Able to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with ease.
• Committed to delivering high-quality service.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Must have the legal right to work in Spain.
