What will your duties be?

• Welcome our guests at the hostel, providing assistance and information, as well as performing administrative and commercial tasks according to your position.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, and assign rooms/apartments to guests.
• Provide guests with all requested information and services during their stay.
• Perform customer invoicing.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, reporting to your supervisor for resolution.
• Manage and audit work performed throughout the day.
• Support during events and brand experience strategies, ensuring a seamless guest experience and reinforcing brand identity.

What are we looking for?

• Advanced English. Any other language will be considered.
• No previous experience required.
• Currently enrolled in a degree or studies related to the position.
• Ability to sign an internship agreement with the university.
• Willingness to learn!
